The 17-year-old Pedro Clerot, from Brasília, Brazil, has been immersed in motorsport from an early age, beginning his racing journey in karting in 2016. He secured multiple titles, including three Brasiliense Karting Championships and two Open Brazilian Karting Championships. At just 14, Pedro transitioned to single-seaters in 2021, claiming the rookie title in the Formula Delta series while becoming the youngest driver to secure a pole position and win an official competition in cars, including touring and single-seater events.
Pedro’s rapid rise continued in 2022, where he dominated the inaugural Brazilian Formula 4 Championship, earning seven wins, eleven podiums, and four pole positions to claim the title. His success earned him Brazil’s prestigious "Golden Helmet" award in 2023. That same year, he showcased his potential in Europe, competing in the Spanish F4 Championship, where he took three podium finishes of which two wins in his debut at Spa-Francorchamps.
In 2024, Pedro joined VAR for his first FRECA season, impressing with his adaptability and determination on Europe’s most prestigious circuits. He stood on the podium twice – in Mugello and Barcelona. Building on the foundation that’s been laid, Pedro’s second season in 2025 will focus on translating his experience into competitive results.
